El Palacio de Congresos y de la Música Euskalduna Jauregia es uno de los edificios más emblemáticos de Bilbao. Obra de los arquitectos Federico Soriano y Dolores Palacios, el Palacio fue galardonado con el Premio Enric Miralles 2001 en la VI Bienal de la Arquitectura Española.
Junto al Palacio se encuentra el conocido “Bosque de Árboles”, farolas metáticas dispuestas de forma conjunta, realizadas en cobre perforado.

The Euskalduna Jauregia Congress and Music Centre is one of Bilbao’s landmarks. Designed by architects Federico Soriano and Dolores Palacios, the Centre was awarded with the Enric Miralles 2001 at the Sixth Biennial of Spanish Architecture.

Next to the Centre stands the famous "Tree Forest”, a group of metal streetlamps made of perforated copper.
